Rendering test: Coffee Cup

Just a small rendering rest I did in Cinema 4D.
I rendered out a 32bit exr and did some post work in After Effects.

Wow!

This looks great...Would love to see a short tutorial on placing the Logo on the Cup...

Great work

Thanks!
The logo is added with "flat" projection to the cup but it is on the inside as well. Doesn't matter in my case.

Cheers

nice! wonderful lighting and use of global illumination. only the dark shadow (AO?) under the upper edge of the cup looks a bit too intense to me.
did you render the DOF directly or did you create it in AE?

Thank you Robert!
You are right, that edge is too dark. Tried to lighten it up with an extra light and and only include the cup. Worked but it is still too dark.
In this chase I rendered DOF directly in Cinema4D. Otherwise I would use a DOF matte and RS MotionBlur.
